Warranty

All watches goes through an inspection before being sent to consumers, but in the event of any defect, we offer a 6-month warranty for manufacturing defects. The warranty covers any defect in the watch's mechanism, but does not apply to the watch strap or case/dial/box.

- Requests for repairs due to manufacturing defects (strap and dial/case) can be made within 30 calendar days (according to the CDC) after receiving the order. Within this period, shipping costs for repair and/or replacement of the product are borne by SAINT GERMAIN. SHIPPING WILL ONLY BE PAID BY SAINT GERMAIN IN THE EVENT OF DEFECTS. RETURNS OF ANY OTHER NATURE IS NOT COVERED SHIPPING COST.

- Saint Germain offers a warranty on parts for a total period of 6 months from the date of receipt of the product. During this period, Saint Germain will repair any defect in the watch's MECHANISM, but this does not apply to the watch strap or case. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.

- Since the watches are only 3ATM waterproof, (water resitant) Valleron does not cover any damage caused by water.

- The deadline for analyzing and repairing a defective product is 30 (thirty) business days from the date the product is received by our logistics department.

- The deadline for exchanging the model and/or size is 30 (thirty) business days from the date the product is received by our logistics department.

- The battery in your watch may end up being a monitor battery, installed by the factory to check the watch's operation. Replace the battery when the watch stops working. Do not leave a dead battery in the watch for a long time, as it may leak, impairing its proper functioning. The battery is not included in the original price of the watch, so it must be paid for by the buyer even if it has run out within the warranty period.

- The warranty expires if the product is disassembled or repaired by any person or unauthorized technical assistance.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from falls, improper use, accidents of any nature, and contact with chemical agents that may cause damage to the plating. The following are also not covered by the warranty: Any loss of any of the materials that make up the piece, such as: bracelet pin, clasp, etc. Breakage of chains and bracelets due to natural causes resulting from use.
